You can also find Brûlé sweets at The Dewey Post, in Dewey Beach and Gaia Coffee in Lewes, and within Schellville Winter Village, in Rehoboth Beach!

Dru is also consulting at One Coastal in Fenwick Island and Southern Delaware Brewing Company, which includes both Thompson Island Brewing Company and Ocean View Brewing, where you can enjoy some of his favorite plated desserts, such as Mocha Baked Alaska (from Holiday Baking Championship) and 5-layer Coconut Cream Pie, along with a variety of other delicious desserts.

Chef Dru is also fitting in time to attend pastry classes across the country to grow and advance his pastry skills & knowledge!
