Everything will be peachy in the demo tent at 10 a.m., when Henry Bennett, a sixth-generation farmer from Bennett Orchards, talks about what it takes to grow Bennett peaches. Then, Pastry Chef Dru Tevis and Chase Cline, owners of the new Brûlé Bakery, will take those peaches and make a fabulous dessert.

The Historic Lewes Farmers Market is set for 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 19, at George H.P. Smith Park in Lewes, and this week will feature a peach dessert demonstration.

Award-winning TV Chef Dru Tevis is debuting his new Brûlé Bakery. It's a pop-up concept that will “pop up” at various locations including breweries, wineries and other notable events and locations.

Brittingham Farms announced recently that their Lavender & Lambs Festival will be a two-day event this year. Last year, Brittingham Farms, located near Millsboro, welcomed more than 1,200 guests to observe sheep-shearing, lavender distillation, yarn-making and more.
