Hello! If you’re fortunate enough to be in Coastal Delaware, I’m currently consulting at One Coastal in Fenwick Island and Southern Delaware Brewing Company, which includes both Thompson Island Brewing Company and Ocean View Brewing, where you can enjoy some of my favorite baked treats, such as Mocha Baked Alaska (from Holiday Baking Championship) and 5-layer Coconut Cream Pie, along with a variety of other delicious desserts.

I’m also fitting in time to attend pastry classes across the country to grow and advance my pastry skills & knowledge, while also opening my own spot, Brûlé Bakery! Open within Baked by the Dewey Post in Dewey Beach, Thursday - Monday, 8a-1pm, closed Tuesday & Wednesday!
